Joan Permans Mustard Gravy

1 pound of butter - melt and do not burn it - Andy hates that

2 C of Milk

Whisk in Flour to somewhat thick consistency

Add Ground Brown Spicy Mustard Seed fresh or prepared from a jar to taste ( Penzys sells it in dry form, too  )

Adjust from 2 cups to cover a pound or so to 100 pounds of a Harold Waege Memorial Fish Boiled

Pretty good and what can go wrong with a pound of butter!

That’s strange, I could have sworn that there would have been some Ron Rico in there somewhere!
